Customer is responsible for any shipping fees required to send products back to Gnoce.

Customer must contact Gnoce to lodge their warranty claim and request the return shipping address before sending back any items.

Customer must ensure that items are safely packed before shipping. Gnoce will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

When sending back the items, customer must use tracked shipping. Packages sent without tracking will not be processed.

Gnoce reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.
